I met with William the Manager from him answering the phone at 3am to answer my price questions to meeting with us on a Sunday he was AMAZING. This funeral home is a hidden gem and since being in Las Vegas for 3 years our family has used 2 others Davis and La eternidad and the staff and experience we had with casa de Paz funeral home was by far the best. We felt like we were family and that we could sleep at night knowing everything was being done. The other two places where so awful to deal with the last was La Eternidad and they took weeks to do what William and staff did in 2 weeks thank you William and Debbie for making losing a loved one a easier process then ever before I will be recommending to anyone that may need a Fuenral home in Las Vegas. They serve all faiths and ethnicities yes a Hispanic name but everyone is welcome when you walk through the doors God bless you William and Debbie

Would 100% recommend I knew nothing about the process I looked into several funeral homes, I can’t tell you how many times they tried to scam me. Casa de Paz was a complete opposite Angel was transparent about everything specially prices. They have the most reasonable pricing. our situation was complex but he was patient and made sure everything was ready in a timely manner. Thank you for all you have done, you have no idea what it means specially during hard times.

Today 30 March 2022. My soul my everything died a month ago in Las Vegasmountainview. hospital. I was driving everywhere from California to stay with Robert. He did not make it. I called several funeral homes some of them were really harsh abrupted not interested in service. Also I was limited with the money at that time. I was lucky To find the casa de paz funeral home in Las Vegas. That day on 24 February, Robert has one hour to live his life. I went to the funeral home Fernando greet me, and made everything possible to comfort me and help me with the funeral in my Budget.Fernando is professional, he’ll listening your needs, made the contract within one hour. He responds on the phone at any time you call him he provide his personal cell phone 24/7. I came to the hospital and I had 30 minutes to say final goodbye to Robert. Thank you very much Fernando for your help for your kindness professionalism and support. Robert was buried in the veterans Memorial Boulder city. Professionalism, team working skills with the Casa de Paz funeral home, made this funeral so easy and free of stress. I feel like I was just only at the park. Fernando thank you very much for all your help and care. I would highly recommend Casa de Paz.

I lost my cousin to the Covid virus on Valentine's Day 2021 and Casa De Paz was one of the funeral homes that came up on my DuckDuckGo search. These people are the most caring and wonderful people I've ever dealt with. My cousin was a veteran and we planned on burying him at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder city. After leaving nine voice messages and because the Memorial Cemetery is so busy and overwhelmed in these Covid times no one called us back. The Director at Casa de Paz drove out to Boulder city and went far beyond the call of kindness to secure us a plot for my cousin. All the staff from the top down were so wonderful and the price was very fair ( thousands less than other places), I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere to have a wake and a burial for their loved one. Most of our family is back east And the elsewhere throughout the country and weren't going to travel with this Covid pandemic. So Casa de Paz set up a zoom stream so all of the family & friends could login and view the wake and military honors ceremony just as if they were sitting in the chapel. I wholeheartedly recommend Casa de Paz who made this horrible time in my life much easier to deal with. Giacomo Meola Las Vegas, NV

The initial reason this place was chosen to bring our loved one was it was only 2 mi from our house. Let me say that after dealing with them through this process that I would drive 200 miles to have this facility and its kind, professional, and all-around awesome people take care of my (also a veteran) final preparations when that day happens. My father-in-law who is a almost two decade Air Force vet, deployed to both Gulf wars, a loving father grandfather and proud vet was handled with more care dignity and respect than I have ever seen. Jose, who we have the pleasure of dealing with arranged for the Nellis Air Force Base guard to come out do full military honors, (flag folding and presentation to family member, taps, etc.) For my father-in-law and for our family. I wish that all events like these can be handled with the kind of respect professionalism kindness and genuine heartfelt compassion can be handled the way that Jose and this facility did. Whether you be a veteran or not this place is by far the most honest professional and courteous caring one I have had to deal with and unfortunately I've dealt with more than my share so far in this life. Thank you Jose and thank you Casa De Paz Funeraia for making this painful time a lot less painful. And my father-in-law, I'm sure he would have it no other way than the way you have helped his final preparations to leave this earth and start his next journey. Thank you so much.

During such a painful process I commend Jose and the staff for being professional, compassionate and honest. It was difficult because of the only 10 at a time rule but he did a great job at keeping the limit. I am so glad Alma at Palm Downtown recommended Casa de Paz. We would have been extremely disappointed had we picked the first place we went to. It was a dump and more expensive. Thank you Jose for going above and beyond the call of duty at this difficult time.

No one is ever ready to lose a loved one, and with the help of Angel and Virginia it was an easier process. Loosing my sister has been the worst experience so far but they were helpful and had patience, not alot of people can do that, overall professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend them for services and will be using them in the future. Thank you for giving us peace in such a difficult time in life.

My father's services were held at Casa De Paz and I have nothing but good things to say. From the moment my dad passed, they picked up his body within 45 minutes from the hospital and were extremely helpful in making all arrangements and dealing with my dad's insurance. I dealt with Jose the entire time and he was very professional and courteous. I would recommend Casa De Paz to anyone who has suffered a loss and is in need of their services. They made everything easier to deal with.

Great service Jose answers the phone promptly and is very helpful with helping you through the process. He had to make a call and embalm my loved one without asking which was a bit much but he did it in good faith for us to be able to have a viewing. He apologized and gifted a beautiful flower arrangement. He was able to order the green burial basket we requested at a lower price than the market. We also held a Catholic Mass there which you aren't allowed at actual cementery funeral homes. He gives you full reign on decorating and setup. Thank you for the service.

Yo se los recomiendo, no solo porque tienen los mejores precios y al alcanze de todos. Si no porque te ofrecen un EXCELENTE servicio. En todo momento Jose y su personal fueron atentos con migo y toda mi familia, no solo una ves si no 2 veces. Me alludaron con todo para el sepelio de mi mama y desafortunadamente 3 meses despues con el de mi hermano. Y en ese momento tan doloroso, ellos fueron una luz para mi. I got nothing but nice things to say about Casa de Paz funeraria, everything was perfect in a very sad day for me. I interviewed a few places and selected Casa de paz since everything seemed to be transparent straightforward and there were no issues with handling our requests for cremation with viewing. My brother passed away a couple of weeks ago in California. Between Kenneth and Jose they were able to help our family bring my brother back home to Vegas and provide my brother with proper service. Everything happened so fast and we did not know what to expect. Thanks to them we were able to have my brother back in Vegas and have a proper service for my brother like he deserved. I highly recommend Casa De Paz, and want to give a big Thank You to Jose & his staff for their excellent work & all the help they provided. This was my first time dealing with a family death, in which I didn’t know where to even start. I called several funeral homes with no answer & some were going to call me back, in which they never did. A friend recommended Casa De Paz, in which I called & spoke with Jose, he right away set up appointment to meet the same day & arrange everything we needed. Jose answered all my questions & provided an amazing service. He did everything in his hands to meet our needs. We had the viewing for my father here in Vegas. The viewing took place at Casa De Paz, in which was nicely set up & clean. The girl assisting at the viewing was great, she asked several times if there was anything or if she can help us in any way to let her know. The service also provided us with transportation of my father to Mexico. Jose took care of all the paper work needed for the transportation from Las Vegas, NV to Mexico. The service didn’t stop here; they also provided assistance in Mexico. This included transportation of my father from home to church & from church to the cemetery. Jose & staff, we are very grateful for you making this a very easy process for us in these difficult times. Thank you again from the Guerrero Family!

My husband passed away a month ago and Casa De Paz Funeraria staff was very empathic and was very helpful. My husband SSgt. Vincent J. Mandracchia Jr. being a veteran in the USAF Mr. Fernando the Funeral Director walked me thru the process very thorothly and empathtic to my needs and gave me the resources I needed for my husband to have the most beautiful Funeral and Veterans Military Service possible. The establishment is friendly, peaceful and full of love. They respect all faiths and services. They went out of their way to make our Celebration for my husband Vincent so Memorable. I recommend it highly. And for Veteran Families that need service this is the place. Mr. Fernando accompanied my husband personally and comforted us and supported us from beginning to end. I am so grateful and cannot thank Our Lord enough for them in this difficult time of grief. God bless them.

Fernando was very patient, understanding and respectable when it came to answering all of my questions about the service. Recomiendo esta funeraria por su buen servicio y amabilidad y los precios son muy considerados, yo en lo personal yo viaje de Los Ángeles a Las Vegas para contratar esta funeraria y hacer la velacion aquí, los recomiendo 💯% quiero aclarar que el precio que me dieron en un principio en el contrato se respeto y se cumplió como ellos dijeron. A pesar que la persona fallecida se enviarán el cuerpo fuera del país.

My experience with this fiunirel home was really out standing I live the way they get your doughts out your mind they really work with you until the end!!! My mom passed away the 7th of January of 2020 it only took us 2 week to get my mother rip in heaven thanks to Jose that was really nice and kind with us and was always there and especially it's really cheap if you have money problems they could work with you!!!! I was referred to Casa De Paz by a coworker. The staff is very pleasant, they made me feel like part of the family while I was going through this hard time. My dad recently past away at age 67, looking for a place to have his service we ran into some people that just didn’t care or have any sympathy. We went into a flower shop and the lady gave me the information for Casa de paz. We went and talked with a gentleman named Jose Ramirez. He treated us with kindness and showed us he actually cared about the service we wanted to have for our loved one. He even gave us the option of having my dad’s viewing at out OWN house. He was very professional from start to finish, he would answer every question we had and did not try to up sale us anything. Everything we asked for he made it happen. I truly recommend Casa de Paz.

It's been a hard year for my family and me. My grandma had just came to visit from El Salvador, and passed here in Vegas. Jose in Casa de Paz Funeraria was the best during these times. He was very understanding and did everything the best he could. Her body was send to El Salvador, she was in the good condition we had left her in for the viewing in Vegas. The viewing was also good and plenty of space for people to park. Would recommend this place! They had good communication throughout the service!

My husband recently passed away at 52 years old and we didn’t have any insurance. Therefore, the family pitched in what they could, but we still didn’t have very much since we all live paycheck to paycheck and don’t really have much to spare. Hoping someone would work with us, we visited a few funeral homes and I was shocked to see how these people behaved. They were all extremely rude, inconsiderate, sarcastic, and disrespectful. It’s sad that people who are mourning their loved ones have to deal with people like this. Then we visited Casa De Paz Funeraria where we met with the arranger “Jose Ramirez.” I can’t tell you what a relief it was to finally talk to someone who actually cares about others. He asked us what we had to work with and what we would like to have done and after a brief discussion, we had everything we wanted and more. He even went out of his way to set up a beautiful ceremony from the Army — since my husband was a vet — and we didn’t even know this service was available to us until Mr. Ramirez suggested it. Another thing Mr. Ramirez did for us was, he sent someone right over to pick up my husband’s body so we didn’t get charged for keeping him and before we were even done with our meeting, my husband was already there. Because of this man, my husband had a decent funeral that we never even thought was possible and I thank God that we found him, he was truly God sent. I would recommend Jose Ramirez and Casa De Paz Funeraria to anyone. I am telling you before you have to go through what we did in dealing with heartless rude people, save yourself the trouble and more grief and go to Casa De Paz Funeraria where you will be treated the way someone in mourning should be treated with kindness, sympathy, and understanding.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience at Casa De Paz Funeral Home, last month we lost my mother-in-law due to Cancer. Her death was sudden and unexpected. Jose was highly recommended by a friend. I called Jose on a Sunday he answered immediately and took over right away. Jose was caring, empathetic and very supportive. I feel he went the extra mile to help and accommodate our needs. During a difficult time is important to have someone that cares about you and your family. Virginia Rivera...... I dont know where to start but let me say she was very helpful in a time of suffering and feeling pain ...she has went out of her way to make sure the passing of my mother would be a peaceful one ....I did read some of the other reviews and I must say I didn't experience nothing that them other people have complained about .. they were very professional and understanding and compassionate for our loss ...in time of death we may be the rude ones cause we are at a loss but in this case we were saddened by our loss and Virgina and her staff made us feel at home and ease so thank you from the bottom of my heart Virginia at the time of a loss you sure eased our pain again thank you very much from my family God blessed you and again thank you Virginia

I definitely recommend this funeral home to friends and family because they treat you like family there.

My Father passed away recently and my mom was referred over to Casa De Paz, we spoke to Jose who was of tremendous help in our time of mourning. The staff was great and the facility was spotless, the service they provided was great. Never once did they hesitate to ask if we needed anything and Jose followed through very well with us in everything, he was very considerate of our feelings and did not push us on anything we did not need. Dealing with a loss is hard but having someone there to help is always great. Thank you Jose and Staff at Casa De Paz for the beautiful job you did with our beloved Father, Grandfather and Husband Jesus. The Pinon Family

Sinceramente la atención que recibimos fue extraordinaria. Fueron momentos muy difíciles, complicados y tristes para mi y mi familia, en los cuales Casa de Paz a través del Sr. José Ramírez nos apoyaron con una muy buena asesoría, un excelente seguimiento a los trámites requeridos para la repatriación de los restos de mi querido padre, y sobre todo un trato muy amable, sensible y solidario. Agradezco profundamente sus servicios y su soporte. Recomiendo ampliamente a Casa de Paz.

I don't usually post reviews,but Casa De Paz Funeraria deserves it! Kenneth and his staff have been absolutely amazing. This is the first time I have dealt with a funeral home and after calling over 10,I found Casa de Paz,from the first call to the appointment and my 100 questions Ken and his staff have remained professional and kind. Kenneth and his staff have been really helpful with explaining how everything works and the process. They are kind and caring, they make you feel as if you are apart of there family. This professinalism and kindness is sometimes hard to find nowadays,thank you!
